To sum up this show: shit happens in Ikebukuro. You got gang affiliations such as the yellow scarves and blue squares causing trouble. You got the supernatural such as the Dullahan basically the headless horseman and slasher roaming around the streets. And you got the dollars an online group filled with people in Ikebukuro trying to unite, stop crime, and do what is right.

Lots of crap is going on but it's pretty entertaining to watch. It's not episodic. The show jumps between several characters point of views and the season or arc ends with all those point of views colliding, bringing all the characters together and showing how each others actions effected each other.

The show degrades a bit as it goes on but still worth a go. The characters are gr8 and the openings are also gr8 and its just fun And just watch it cuz its gr8.

It's not very good but it's good for some people. If you like show with many characters, go for it.
